Inquisitor 54mm - Part IV, Claronius Rock
Yeah, I know, but that's what he was called...
Claronius Rock is Ordo Xenos and the former Interrogator of Tobin Grimm. That sword IS the same one that Dara Sabbatine used (these models entered later in the campaign, just after Dara's death). Claronius fought with Grimm against Macharius, but later felt Cain had turned his former master too far and later fought as an ally of the Puritan in an effort to destroy the Daemonhost with the Black Sword (proving Macharius was not quite as Puritan as he used to be - ah, the slippery slope). No idea what Code Name Archer's story was.. I may not have known it then I just found the name listed among some scrawled notes with 'she' in the sentence and that's the only model it could have referred to...

Gorgeous range of models! I loved Inquisitor back in the day but never owned any :/
ReplyDeleteCan I ask if you are reading John French's Inquisitor Covenant series? It's good - not Eisenhorn etc good, but quite intriguing, distinct look at the Inquisition where Gav's work from the game on the different creeds really comes to the fore. It does really capture the game well!

DeleteMore cool models. Code Name Archer is interesting but I'm really intrigued by Vander Pike. Sounds like it was a cool story.
